I applied and was approved for home repair financing where I would forward the cost of a new roof and new drywall to an escrow, then would have the house repaired within 2 weeks after closing and the repairmen would be paid from escrow and I would be returned the excess.

So anytime any work had to be done to plumping, run phone/cable lines etc. the ceiling had to be damaged to gain access to the mechanical's of the house.Also, it was carpeted and about once a year in the spring moisture would seep into the basement and I would have to be diligent to get it dried up or otherwise it would cause mildew/moisture issues.

Agents will be needed as the SMEs will be valued for their knowledge and the excess fat will end up working for https://www.redfin.com/when dot com world took of in 90s i bet you lots of businesses never thought they'd have to change. 20 years later its mandatory. you never would have thought amazon would sell grocery You'll have to add value to your clients to have the job, else public can say hey i could have done that.

The screens are not intuitive and Buildium does not define their data points well so it is very difficult to move data from another software because so many of the data points are ill defined.Support line wait time is in excess of 30 minutes.

There is a way to charge more and get the excess back...but we don't do that since the price they charge for full screening ($40) is about going rate here for a screening anyway, and it's more effort than it's worth for the number or rentals we currently have (send them a tax form, I think we'd need to set up a new acct for them to transfer the money too, money doesn't get transferred until it's so much, etc.).I do like how you can totally customize the application, and people can attach things to it like DL copies and paystubs, and they provide code so you can have a button to link to the app from your website.
