If they're driving over, taking pictures, and then emailing you and it takes less than an hour, I think $30 - $50 is sufficient.

From what I can tell from the plans thus far, there will be limited "green space" or "communal areas" (the developer committed to "total green space equal to 1/2 of a soccer field") which I suspect will drive foot traffic to the local residential neighborhood.

I know that multifamily homes are pretty scarce in Austin but I was actually driving in an area that had a ton of them in a neighborhood that I am going to do some more research in.

If you intend to aim it at W2 Millennials, maybe a Chipotle would be a good fit.And about the restaurant, the menu drives the equipment selection, so when you say you have bought a restaurant, you have bought a menu.I say this because a restaurant is a unique business, and you might want to lease out the space to a successful operator looking to add a second (or more location).
