Exit Strategies:One concern on my mind is planning for the future – what are some effective exit strategies you've seen or experienced in co-owned properties?

Type up your policy, create the application form, and design a pet addendum for the tenant to agree to.

Implementing this strategy will allow you to be more knowledgeable and therefore able to make quicker decisions and secondly others take notice of the investors who are repeatedly transacting in a specific neighbohrood which leads to more opportunties being brought to you. 

Given my situation (see below), what real estate strategies are the best fit, what are the typical ranges of returns on them, and what are their other pros / cons?

Was this some kind of strategy for bumping the previous bidder or just frustrated frenzy over what could have been a stellar deal?

How do you feel about that strategy?
