First take and out side pictures of the build, front of unit and any sides with Windows.

I did a video walk through, took a ton of pictures, and noted his refusal to do the walk through when I filled out the final walk through form. 

I was trying to turn a customer into a client and another agent won, due to their strategy in helping out-of-state investors.  

You'll need to know exactly what you want going in the door 'cause the customer service is not up to par, but prices are great!

If not you will get properties that look great in pictures but are absolute no deals.
