I've been researching the area, but I would love to hear from the experts here about where I should focus my attention.Specifically, I'm looking for advice on:- Promising Neighborhoods: Which areas in Pittsburgh are currently showing good potential for single-family home flips?

Those are the ones who most likely will be less hit by Special Assessment and, with the current "fear" in the market, are a good option to buy at a discounted price.

It’s the fastest growing city in America with a relatively low barrier for entry poised for tremendous appreciation.  

Since I don't currently have the capital to purchase or arbitrage a property of my own, this allows me to start building that capital to eventually move into arbitraging properties of my own. 

I have enough in savings to pay for it but I keep asking myself should i just sell it and get it off my plate and lose the low interest rate or bite the bullet and do a big rehab and continue renting it out.

I do not currently own property in the US (I've heard that one way to do this is to take out a second mortgage on another property you already own).

I currently have a few single houses for rent which are directly under my name, and also the mortgages are under my name.I am considering to move the houses to an LLC 100% owned by me.

My question is what strategy should I take to appropriately LLC the houses considering I currently reside in FL? 

I currently have 4 units under complete renovation.
