It certainly needs some updates but as far as I can tell, it was built as a care facility and was licensed as recently as November.

It is odd since they are claiming with the SVB bailout that this could be systemic and will continue to raise rates, but I think with the new lending facility for banks, for liquidity purposes, they will move forward.
