In my first year selling real estate I have sold over 10 homes in less than 6 months and this comes from education, dedication and hardwork.

I am a forever learner and will continue to educate myself in this business and find new creative strategies for solving problems and creating mutual profits.

Not because of the profit, but because of the education.

I'm currently self-educating and would like some tips on things that have worked or haven't worked for people when they were starting out, preferably advice on how to find partners/investors for funding rehab deals, and where/how to find a good deal.

And it will be an education if you've never been in RE before.

Search BP for "motivated sellers" and "direct marketing".You'll read for weeks or longer and have a college education on both topics.Good luck.
