Hello, I've got 3 rentals, 1 personal home - and of course, 2 cars.  

What the techies refuse to understand is that real estate is not a series of 1's and 0's, you can not quantify judgment, intuition, intrinsic aspects of value or possible potential as you might with some widget like a car meeting popular demands.

That comes from my legal and economic understandings of predatory dealing, what functions and services of all kinds are priced at, how values are compared, be it doing a tax returns as a service, or repairing a car, doing brain surgery or facilitating a sale of real estate.

I have been on a lot of forums in the past, most dealing with cars but there were always just a once a month visit and got little from them.  

As of now the only debt that i have is my car payment which is around $500 a month, which will be paid off in about 4 more months :) .  

Just buy a $500 piece of trash car to get around.

New truck and luxury car dealerships are popping up all over the valley.  

- Build 1 Car Detached Garage (pad is already there- Extensive Landscape package & privacy fence around rear- Granite Countertop & Island, Travertine backsplash- Tile flooring in bathrooms- Reconfigure 2 closets and a full bath into 2 bathroomsI will update once I finalize the budget numbers but there are some exciting prospects for this property and the area in general.
