I'm brand-spanking new to real estate...long story, but here's the short version:Wife and I are high income earners with a combined income just over 7-figures.  

In addition to the pics of the heating and plumbing system these pics tell me about the major mechanical systems that I may need to either repair or upgrade.BTW the pics of the heating system look brand new along with the copper piping appearing in decent condition so it doesn't look like you have to do too much with the plumbing.

My younger self would be proud, I've done both now and my goal is to do both of those more often. 4 years of machining and welding in high school, and since I've gotten out, I've done minor renovations at home; repaired a lot of issues and refinished a basement including a brand new bathroom.

And double check to make sure you do NOT have Federal Pacific brand electrical panel.

I see brand new ones being set up in a Park that a relative lives in that they are getting high 60's for.  

Other half probably could have been left alone BUT while I have the guys tearing it out might as well do the whole thing so we start fresh!

If you know others, please tag them.Also, if he does that, it would be very important to keep the posts current with pics, posts, etc. on a regular basis so as to keep the forum fresh and up to date. 

I personally think independent landlords need to begin doing a better job on harnessing the power of the internet for their own personal branding.
