(b) In the event sellers refuse to pay, do we have a chance to prevail judgement  and (c) Is it worth fighting this case given the PSA is for a low 7 digit price?

Forgiven debt is oftentimes a taxable event.

A refinance also removes the requirement of the unit to be owner occupied.I will receive 2,610 per month in housing stipend while attending school for 32 months and staying in this unit.
