Belinda Duhaney My response was to simply let you know why real estate agents, who understand wholesaling, aren't excited by dealing with wholesalers.This is why most wholesalers concentrate on off market deals, with less competition, desperate and/or uninformed sellers who probably don't understand exactly what the wholesaler is trying to accomplish.
