You'll get a lot of attention provided the purchase price you are offering is within acceptable paramaters of our fair market value.Trust me on this...we know what it's worth more than you or your agent does 99% of the time so, lowballing us or pointing out deficiencies to try to justify your offer (Deficiencies we are well aware of) won't always accomplish your objective.

If you don't profit much, you have a huge risk of any foreclosure wiping out your profits.I think private lending to investors is more likely to accomplish your goals than seller financing of owner-occupied properties.

Belinda Duhaney My response was to simply let you know why real estate agents, who understand wholesaling, aren't excited by dealing with wholesalers.This is why most wholesalers concentrate on off market deals, with less competition, desperate and/or uninformed sellers who probably don't understand exactly what the wholesaler is trying to accomplish.
