There are pros and cons to each, but the way I see it, if you have a set strategy you plan on implementing over and over again, then you need to find a direct lender who specializes in that investing strategy.

So yes, more expensive homes with lower rates can be different than cheaper homes in higher areas but then actual principal, interest, and insurance will likely do the off-setting

This means that you will probably need to pay registration and filing fees in at least 2 states if you don’t buy CA property as a CA resident.Any lawsuits should be limited to the assets of the LLC and not your personal assets (assuming you run the LLC appropriately and the corporate veil is not pierced, some debate as to SMLLC).
