Every time I close my eyes and think back on all the work on houses I've done I always see my red cordless drill in my hand.For screwing and unscrewing stuff mainly.

I seem to recall reading that this seals the smell in and requires the sheet rock to need replacing.

On the other hand, the debt could very high interest, shorter term loans, it may be a red flag and too much outgoing.

I've seen fake alarm systems which basically are stickers, SIGNS "(This Property is Under Video Surveillance" etc), and even flashing red lights that are battery powered-battery powered alarms - they have these at harbor freight, you can put on windows and doors- they're powered by magnets --Does anyone have recommendations for better battery powered or simple DIY alarm systems?

Thanks @Chad Bernstein I have read the red book and it was pretty extensive.

Would this help a prospect in your eyes or would this draw red flags for you as a landlord/property manager?  

BTW if this guy built this addition without a permit that is a huge red flag.  

RED ALERT on some of these issues as there may be specific rules about access (the deck and parking), use of common areas, and handling tenant's property is always risky as is changing any locks.

Just consider your other options before you do that.I'm in Little Rock and went to school in Fayetteville.
