Hello guys, My friend and I are looking for multifamily investment properties  in San Antonio, TX area.But first, we need to find a real estate agent that we can trust. 

I know they are rentable because a friend lives in one similar to the one that is 75k, from what I've heard is people own them and can rent them out.

Me and a friend are in the process of forming a LLC to buy rental properties.

Example: My friends recommended a GC for me to call about roofing.

I had friends that were REALTORS in Hawaii during the peak market and they failed despite working very hard at it.

Go to some Bigger Pockets meetups, lurk around on the forums, talk to friends or anyone else who's moved to Denver, and find a good agent who shares your love of the city and knows the real estate side inside and out.Good luck! 

Under market rents, deferred maintenance (one tenant in a unit for 26 years), tenants that are treated more like friends.

I'm looking to buy a few rentals in Kansas City in 2019, but am frequently warned of the dangers of out of state investing.
