Tony made 2 or 3 payments, the payments ceased and I haven't received a payment since October 2013 - although I have over a year's worth of emails from Tony in which he stated that my investment was secure; he made one after another commitment to pay; he stated that I would receive the balance of the amount due either that week or that month or that a check had been sent (although it hadn't).I had been thinking that possibly, I was the only investor to whom Asset Ventures and Tony Martinez owed money.

So there you go.. and if you listen to BP on the wholesaling subject they encourage all to check with there state everyone has a different spin on this.the ones I know that are like Oregon areOHIO Florida but like my regulator said unless someone gets a complaint filed against them there is no way for the state to do anything but once they do... its going to cost that person in legal fees a fine and a cease and desist..

Unless that debt was due to unemployment or a similar unavoidable circumstance (medical, etc), I'd run the other way.
