Saniflo also has a defect issue with the bladder 'drying out' over time & that's an expensive fix, so again I went with an alternative product.

Many times a "wet" closing is required, (Meaning that you must bring your own money via transactional funding) and other times, you can do what is called a "Dry" closing.  

You can then accelerate paydowns in dry years.I've had quite a few dry years so have been knocking out commercial and higher rate resi debt to earn more than 6% safely while I wait with dry powder at the ready.
