Im willing to get in the real State and I really want to go for Land.

I moved from Kentucky to California about a year ago so I can tell you Cash flow varies significantly from state to state, city to city and even street by street.

We have found - from personal experience - that these courses offer general knowledge that often do not apply to your state or local area. 

Not sure if that is a valid reason to break contract, it would not be in FL unless explicitly stated. 

If you own the home under the eyes of the state, you are responsible for the property tax on the home.

I plan on stating in the lease absolutely no space heaters as they draw a ton of amperage.

I will be moving to another state this summer, and plan to rent out my house as a MTR.
