Has there been a peer reviewed academic study showing pit bull breeds are more dangerous?

Hey everyone, I know this question can be state or city specific but coming from someone who never did a deal before that is studying my market to find an edge I would like to know what has brought you guys or girls the most success with buying a rental property for the long term from a variable stand point like a location with either a good school nearby or a low crime area or a high population growth from millenials?

I am a 2016 graduate from the University of Illinois at Chicago where I played on the women's basketball team & studied psychology.

While I am not suggesting you "do it yourself" regarding starting an LLC, I do think it wise to study some of the issues involved so you can speak more intelligently when consulting with a legal or tax professional. ** Obviously with a name like NED, Mr Jackson must be brilliant! 

Churning requires a lot of time, resources, studying, and attention to detail.

I’ve been immersed in the BP podcast while studying civil engineering, and I can either do an engineering internship this summer, or shadow an investor.My long term goal is renting and holding mobile home parks and mini storage units, but I’d like to flip some smaller properties to get started.

That's the option I'm leaning towards, its going to be a busy two years of studying.

@Francois Acosta I think the man that you were talking was correct about the sinking problems but that was studied a few years ago.  

It is definitely worth having your high school freshman begin taking and getting used to the standardized tests and studying for them.

Thanks Robert, That would be a great case study to see if overall the energy output within a year or so combined with the grants, buy back, and saved energy expenditures would be worth the initial cost of the solar panels and installation.
