Hey everyone, I know this question can be state or city specific but coming from someone who never did a deal before that is studying my market to find an edge I would like to know what has brought you guys or girls the most success with buying a rental property for the long term from a variable stand point like a location with either a good school nearby or a low crime area or a high population growth from millenials?

While I am not suggesting you "do it yourself" regarding starting an LLC, I do think it wise to study some of the issues involved so you can speak more intelligently when consulting with a legal or tax professional. ** Obviously with a name like NED, Mr Jackson must be brilliant!

Thanks Robert, That would be a great case study to see if overall the energy output within a year or so combined with the grants, buy back, and saved energy expenditures would be worth the initial cost of the solar panels and installation.
