You will need to figure out what your monthly payment will be for the property (mortgage, insurance, taxes).

Hey Bp Fam, Im looking into accepting the terms of this deal however, Im a little hesitant because  my initial request was to have at least 2 months of build out period without payment as the value I will be adding to the commercial  property will increase the properties value. 

He intends to use part of it as a down payment for his primary residence, but he wants to use the rest to build something bigger.

@Reagan Clo sounds very suspect, especially as it’s usually very easy to check ownership through online public records, unless you own them in a LLC or trust where your name is not in the title, which you usually do for privacy, not to then hand out copies to strangers.

We use an online payment system and we only allow one tenant to be responsible for signing up to make the monthly payments.
