@Chayanne Maldonado, I'm up in Lebanon, NH so I don't know where the Nashua meeting is - Nashua is just outside my travel range.  

They might snag a deal that you like, but there are tons of properties available - and there are tons of agents available if the agent you're working with tries to steer you away from purchasing a property that they want for themselves (I actually think this might bite them in the butt, though, since they aren't working in their client's interest - word travels fast in the internet age).

When I retire, I want to be able to travel and see the grandkids without worrying about paying my car payment or still having a house payment.

Michael did a reasonable job for some months, although he didn't have a good communication habits.

I was traveling for a week and unknown to be was the 10lbs of ground beef left on the top freezer shelf. 

This was a cold call (off market) deal and we have taken a mom and pop hotel and added value in many ways, increased occupancy and ADR (average daily rate), integrated with OTAs (online travel agencies) and increased marketing efforts to emphasize the strengths of the property as a destination for tourists visiting our region.

This isn’t arrogance, this is just the lifestyle I have been able to develop through real estate.I have set a goal for myself to do at least 1 week a month traveling, to force myself out of the rat race, which is so easy to get caught up in.

Be aware if you start to notice this habit.

This would be a HUGE benefit to traveling RN's.
