I plan on saving for the next two years and moving down south to GA with my gf (because I love GA) to buy a nice 150K~ Condo and start my investing career!

It is a great place to either start a real estate investing career or further an existing one, similar to this website. 

I have been reading many posts and forums on bigger pockets , reading multiple investing books , real estate books and listening to real estate audibles and pod casts , But I still feel stuck , I still don't know where to begin , and I'm still a little cloudy on how buying property works I'm a young and trying to persue a career in real estate but an having trouble understanding how it all worksHope someone can help thanks

Many on here have advocated getting your RE license as an important step in your investing career/education.

I have decided to go back to school to get an MBA in Finance, to learn more about finances in general and supplement my career choice, but I ultimately just want to build wealth and financial freedom.
