I think its a great way to slide into being a landlord.

If they want more cabinet space....its like a large cabinet with sliding shelves.

I have mentioned some of the same learning options in a few places... although more for the small time landlord than flip category...About all I add in is this...Youtube video....I have literally gotten a call from a tenant about a problem, say broken sliding door latch, and had the video going as we talked.

It was more of a cartoon instead of slides.

But the appraiser may not look up or have limited building experience....You hear of instances where a disgruntled buyer (mostly cash buyers) goes after an appraiser if their appraisal was materially different from a report subsequently ordered by the lender and that caused a deal to stall.

If first then each subsequent house will be compared unfavorably to the first.Last house will get you Ok,OK,OK ooh, this is nice.

What happens if the market starts to slide and you end up having zero or negative equity in the house?

The kinds of things my inspection sees are things I’d never notice in a million years and usually just let slide but on a new construction I’d want it to be perfect.  

I have darn near perfect credit but dont want it to slide by buying a bunch of properties.I also dont want to just start a business without knowing if this is something I'm cut out for.So how do people do this?
