That means importing doctors and nurses from the first world who are privileged enough to study medicine in the United States or western Europe and come with supplies to effectively keep themselves safe from contamination (you know, the supplies that can't even get there in the first place because people keep closing borders and limiting flights).

The listing agreement stated I would have to pay a commission for 2 months after expiration to a buyer discovered via the listing, but I would owe a full commission if I lease option the property, without expiration.I was surprised to see such a clause.
