I'm a recent college graduate who's studying for the CPA at the moment.I've just started getting into real estate investing and I had a close friend direct me to this site.

I found this site a few months back and have been studying ever since.

Now I'm sad and have to go study more! 

I have been loosely monitoring this topic for about a year now...let us know if you discover anything as you do your research.

That means importing doctors and nurses from the first world who are privileged enough to study medicine in the United States or western Europe and come with supplies to effectively keep themselves safe from contamination (you know, the supplies that can't even get there in the first place because people keep closing borders and limiting flights).

The listing agreement stated I would have to pay a commission for 2 months after expiration to a buyer discovered via the listing, but I would owe a full commission if I lease option the property, without expiration.I was surprised to see such a clause.  

I recently discovered the Bigger Pockets website and podcasts and look forward to learning and interacting with the great community here.

If I hadn't discovered Bigger Pockets-being new at real estate, I would probably have gone for this little scheme and really gotten into trouble.

My husband discovered Bigger Pockets and we've become obsessed, we're working our way through all the podcasts, reading and absorbing all we can.
