Sadly, in those cases, sharing my knowledge and experience might not be enough indeed.

In my opinion, staying highly organized and building systems/processes is the most viable part of dropshipping.

I would stay away from solar panels.

We are definitely staying put.

Other considerations things to look at include; are any utilities common (like paying for a boiler for all 4 units instead of individual furnaces), how does access/common areas work, do the tenants all have access to laundry, are there any common area utilities (light common area lights, electric or gas for laundry) that would stay in the owner name.  

No kings  We stay full with zero complaints.

My problem with it is if I tell the broker my offer is 1 million, the price is fixed in the seller's mind that he or she is getting 1 million based on whatever knowledge you know.If you get the financials after you put in your offer only to find out that the property is worth $750,000, much harder to reason with the seller.I want to test drive the car before I put in a serious offer.

I haven't done one but have a little bit of knowledge from readings and past videos that have crossed my path.

There is some great advise already in this forum but a couple of thoughts/general things to consider below:-List it as many places as possible Furnished Finder, Zillow, Airbnb/VRBO (30+ day stays), Facebook groups, ALE Solutions, etc.

I like to stay away from arms and only do 30 year fixed
