That being said, it's not completely undoable.Reach out to @LaMancha Sims - He's a creative non-bank lender who does a lot of development projects as well as existing stuff. 

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

I am coming up on completion of the repairs, and am really trying to assemble a game plan on how to go after my next property.Here would be my ask from someone in the community:Would anyone be willing to take a look at my current numbers/situation and give feedback on what some potential next steps could be to go after another property?

It sounds like you have a solid plan in place.

@Wai-Ming Lau in our area, licensed inspectors do not give estimates or complete repairs - it’s a different term in our contract for using contractors vs licensed home inspectors.

From the specs you gave it sounds like a mansion.

What you are describing (i.e. expanding search area to 1-2 mile radius) sounds like "shopping for higher priced sales" as opposed to looking for recent similar sales in a similar market area.
