@Joe Splitrock With the sun beating down on the roof all day, my guess is that the ceiling's going to be baking during the summer ... which means any attempt to cool the air would be going against a 1200sqft heating element that's 140 degrees.This property is getting all new windows (36 of them!)

You wouldnt have to call , the tenants would have a sticker on their front and rear window , When the tow company cruises by and sees a car without the sticker .
