They spent money on items I never would have thought needed to be addressed (new garage doors), but left things I thought would be absolute requirements to listing (replacing 25 yr old caulked shut windows, grouting the ungrouted kitchen).  

Historically, supply always outstrips demand, Then the credit spicket shuts off.

As soon as your tenant goes delinquent beyond a month, I agree that shutting down online payments and requiring cash settlement should be a policy.

We just renovated a 15,000 sq ft restaurant, built in 1920, that is listed on the historical records.

One is a restaurant that feeds tour buses and seats 400 people and has a gift shop attached.

In my case they wrapped it around the exterior of the meter and we busted the water main while trying to add a shut off value which led to the necessary replacement of the corroded main line.

They’re shutting down the last remaining nuclear plant and not building new ones.
