San Francisco bay area,I'm looking to connect with active wholesalers/ RE investors locally in the bay area, non local would be great also as we can do virtual.

I expect and require humility, fear, discussion of lessons learned, and a cautious rationale for why and how htey will move forward. 

Thanks to this community, we made the last two deals on 0% interest seller financing.We're coming to the US over the next few months, and I don't know where to start the RE journey on the other side of the firewall 😅 We targeted LA as a candidate destination. 

I hear what you’re saying RE: taxes in blue counties etc but still leaves me with this huge set of options, and I don’t want to start bugging realtors looking for deals then changing my mind on what town to focus on. right now I play with Morristown, Rutherford, potentially jersey city, mostly based on proximity to NYC… really comes down to the fact that it’s near me though. anyway no need to weigh in if busy, appreciate the insight regardless!

In most areas ADUs cannot be used for STR (less than 30 days).in general ADUs are one of the worse RE investments largely due to the cost of adding the ADU versus the value added by the ADU.

A client of ours had delinquent taxes and the property was scheduled for a Tax Deed Sale.  Looking up the taxes due we found that the taxes were paid by a third party, not the owner.  The property does not have a mort...

Also, keep in mind, if you are targeting property in Pennsylvania, while the switch down the line to re-deed from personal name to the LLC is quick and easy, it is not cheap.
