Could I ask how involved was your process of investing, how much did the RE agents help in all the process (finding properties, negotiating price, arranging inspection, paperwork, legal, etc) or was it mostly work you did on your own?

Yes they keep commercials loans on their books so they can be more flexible...I had another conversation with them since I posted this and they are going to re-look into the possibility of 20 or 25 year fixed rate, although he said they don't normally offer fixed rate over that length of time. 30 year fixed rate will probably not be an option.
