The time specified in the contract was never respected, not the construction set I sent, but the results were going OK, and I was dealing with it, trying to finish.Suddenly The guy disappeared, He didn't reply any or my emails text or calls, even I was following through pictures, some things he said were done, are in reality not done.By mistake the kitchen cabinets and backslash were removed when the construction plans I sent was specified just to paint them, and I'm thinking they probably demolished it by mistake adding a big expense.

The biggest thing is that we have other pursuits that we want to follow, but those pursuits are in the arts and non-profit spaces, without the potential for the same income streams we have currently.

@Rita Lo Arlington is a great area for STR's but they have been discussing pushing limits on STR's here but the state of Texas constitution protects home owners property rights basically stating you can do whatever you want with property that you own.

It is still up for auction tomorrow, and if I can get it for 10-15k I will, but it definitely wasn’t worth what the agent was trying to push.
