Being prior military some times you can get called out for your tattoos and judged, and I notice people starring in public. it does not bother me, it actually can make me laugh, but none the less, it can have an effect early in the game. the goal is to get wealthy enough that I dont need to worry what someone thinks, and if they do not like the tattoos, then we dont need to do business.thanks for your input.

More advanced college institutions (I went to college in Indiana, but got to admit not many places have Caltech, Stanford and the top rated public system UC, which is 10 schools all in one state) and ability to tap into the brain economy (i.e. tech) can't be discounted either.You definately have to buy only in certain times here though and it is tough to find cash flowing deals.

You can do this either by finding deals that aren't publicly available, finding "secret" information that isn't already factored into the price, or buying deals where there isn't much competition (heavily distressed properties that require a lot of work).2.

One or two well publicized accidents, and it could really turn people off for years.So I think it takes a good generation before leaving your car in auto-pilot most of the time becomes the norm - ie. enough time for the people who learned to drive after the technology was introduced to become the majority of "drivers".I don't really see this as affecting whether one day people don't own cars.
