I say that because I was in analysis paralysis until one day my drive to succeed in real estate out weighed my fears.

With remote work becoming more prevalent at my company, I'm considering moving out of state and buying my own place towards the end of the year.

I’m not a police officer but if I were I would want to keep work and home separate for fear of retaliation by the other tenants.  

I have the funding in place for the first building and can get a HELOC of financing on a property I own free and clear for the $100,000, I just fear I am starting to spread myself too thin by doing this.

I do fear there could be a recession the economy feels very shaky to me.

I fear if you try to collect what is due, they will simply stay the extra month. 

maybe I'm unmotivated but that's something I'd use lol. a fear of mine is shiny object syndrome.

My old finance professor used to go on and on about the biggest financial fear needs to be the fear of inflation, not losing principal. 

@Mario Gonzalez your fear of interest rates is just another excuse individuals give themselves not to invest in real estate.

So maybe I can just put some plastic between them and call it a day, but my fear is that in the future the copper could leak, which could result in thousands of dollars in damage depending on when it's finally noticed.
