Every penny towards our down payment and all estimated rehab costs represents a choice to not eat dinner at a restaurant, not buy our kids the item at the top of their Christmas list, etc.

I did laugh at the person who kept looking up as if he was being followed.Behind the Trees is the Molalla river which is very popular in the summer for rafting and kayaking.. those lots will command a 100k premium.

And simply saying "wipe them down" ignores the fact that there are nationwide shortages on cleaning supplies, disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, etc.I can tell you that every single PM is making very difficult choices right now.

I'd double down on confidence and do what you can (as I am) to help them make the wisest choice they can so they have the best chance of success and if you can help them avoid a bad deal - then, of course, do it because we're all in this together.  

I only have one vacancy now in San Francisco (in a less popular rental neighborhood), which went from slow the last couple of weeks, to now (2-3 days) showing no sign of life.
