Before I start scrubbing this hefty list in the court office, What happens to probate properties that are over $75K?

I am an Active Duty Marine Corps Warrant Officer that is stationed in Camp Pendleton, California (San Diego area for the non military folks).

Later on, it was learned that some of the managers, and officers who accepted the low ball offers were actually taking cash payoffs to do it.

Any tips?  

You need to call a mortgage broker or loan officer, or a few of them for that matter.

My office is about a half mile from the Marietta square.  

If you are a loan officer for a bank, would you consider this a fraud?
