Appliance repair person lined up, warranties don't work fast enough for STRs, you need to pay to have an appliance fixed or replaced right away.

There is no seasoning requirement to refinance a conventional loan.

@Danilo Grullon, quick google search says average architectural work is 10-20% of overall construction cost.  

I'm on the do not call list and I ask them repeatedly to remove me from their contact list but at this point I'm wondering if they're just saying that company to hide who they're really working for. 

I would certainly not recommend buying and holding here because the numbers don't work with 25% down.
