@Rick--I've already done #2 and got all buyer's critical info like credit report, Fannie Mae app, etc.

Since they require approved notaries on all their docs (no matter where you live), they dispatch a lot of mobile notaries as well.

I felt that there was no more upward mobility for me at work, and with both my wife and putting in 11 hours a day so we could afford to live in one of the few useable school districts for our son (that we weren't seeing for more than a couple hours a day), we felt it was time to realize the appreciation on our house and jump ship.

They have been found in houses, mobile homes, apts, condos, RVs, mobile units on vehicles, etc.

I deal in mobile homes and when have one for sale - I let a few indioviduals know and they pass it around to friends, family and co-workers.

It did not turn out the way I thought it would from a financial or operational standpoint, but I still consider it a "success story" because it was the first time I jumped into REI and that was a big step in and of itself, and I learned a lot.It was an out of town mobile home.
