There are a lot of benefits of being a member which I highly suggest.

I'm researching different markets across Ontario (mainly Toronto because I'd love to be close to the city) for the purpose of buying and selling as a registrant, but also to fix and flip homes.I look forward to mingling within the BP community and absorbing as much knowledge as I can from all of you (and providing some of my own in the future)!!

Being mostly a buy and hold investor myself I don't see a benefit unless you are selling proeperties, please enlighten me.

What benefit does a wholesale gain from having a relationship with a Realtor?  

I own the commercial building at Main and Railroad.. nice little town.. we build some houses there as well that did well.good luck with it.

For a one year owner occupy it's not the tax benefit or lack thereof that does anything for you.

My main focus is new construction.  

I am extremely interested in talking with him about possible seller financing or other options that might benefit us both.
