I would not expect to have to knock on their doors to collect because as I tell all my residents I do not chase rent.  

Got that one knocked out this winter.Now I'm just waiting for NY to get around to processing an application I submitted 4 or 5 months ago and I'll have collected the whole set.

Hey @Tiffany Onwudinanti - If you have debt, I would highly recommend trying to knock that down to decrease your debt to income ratio.

Im also considering picking up a commercial condo with some of these prices being knocked down to in some cases a decade ago pricing.

Ive had something like this happen.......I had to move him out....move his stuff to storage and then move him to his daughters.... until a place became available at an assistant living place......plan all the way through to the end.....and knock off each step 1 at a time......

Is that something i could find on zillow or something, or need to send mailers or knock on doors, that might be harder while watching the kids.

Appraisal came in WAY above the ballpark estimate and expenses, they knocked it out of the park on all accounts.
