We purchased this condo due to its location and the original state of the interior finishes.

And if they have to drill holes for interior piers, you pretty much will have to replace the entire flooring. $$$$3.

Rents are currently 15-20% under market value due general deferred interior items including dated carpet, lower quality laminate flooring, and paint.

Repainted interior and exterior.

As for the interiors, check for discolored drywall in the ceilings, water pressure (especially if they have galvanized supply lines for the water), and water spotting under the sinks.

Being around flippers, realtors, and builders constantly has pushed me even more to become a real estate investor after having the experience of full gut rehabs and constant work for interior projects.

New roof, new cabinets, granite counter tops, new HVAC, new windows, corrected the foundation, added a patio and redid the shed out back (not sure I needed to do the patio), new flooring, new exterior and interior paint... list goes on!

Properties that only exist on spreadsheets are of no use to you or anyone else, unless fully verified with contracts, photos of the exterior and interior, and I am guessing that's never coming.
