I'd prefer to not poison our guests if we can get away with it lol.I think we have our options for bedding sorted out (bed and pillow covers) but are looking for options besides fogging for the room in general.Does anybody have experience with this?

Reserve funds usually aren’t a problem assuming you are saving for retirement at a job as I’ve always been allowed to use 401k/Roth’s as reserve funds. 20 loans ar available if you get 10 and your spouse gets 10 each individually.

If there weren’t a loan involved, transferring property from an individual to an LLC is fairly easy and is something that is done somewhat regularly for estate planning.

I prefer someone who is knowledgeable about mandatory state/city/county clauses and has a lot of experience with evictions.Currently I have two properties in Victorville and Hesperia with month to month tenants that I inherited.
