It can however, be used to inspire urgency and illicit emotional motivation, which you can subtly use in your favor during the negotiations process.

I ended up having tenants from over 60 miles away that are turning out to be awesome tenants(trashed credit from sacrificing some things for a better future for their children, but genuinely good people).

It's really inspired me to invest in multi family homes vs sfr.
