Is it a crime to harness a natural resource to reduce dependance on foreign oil that supports terrorism?

LOL.. its just so foreign to my way of life and thinking but its cool for them and well its their choice.

Spent almost 11 years there, doing various stuff in different parts of the finance world.There was an old joke about how when foreign investors/businesspeople came to Moscow, this one longtime established American businessman in Moscow would agree to consult with them. 

It seems like you have some options...go to Michigan, open a business account with a national bank, such as Wells Fargo, and direct all of your mail to your preferred address (confirm the bank will do this before the trip), or pay the $160 to SunBiz to register your Michigan LLC as a foreign entity operating in Fla.

I would love to find a foreign market with credit that I can access....but I think that will have to wait until I have more experience in the domestic market.

The market will correct, but overall the influx of outside industry and money (equalization with Bay Area and foreign/institutional investors) will continue to drive values in Seattle area; we're on a 15-year journey to CA silliness (my opinion of course, but look at the macroeconomics), and your cash flow spread will weather the storm. 

What is your experience and what are you looking at as a foreign buyer?

The economy has been booming even before 2012, as a result of the area’s business-friendly climate and no state income tax, which attract both domestic and foreign capital.

An IL attorney told me that the fee to create or register a foreign entity in the state is the same: $500.
