Essentially a land flipper is actively seeking out properties to buy for a bargain and then aggressively marketing the piece of property to turn a profit.The flipped land can be sold for cash, but more commonly, flippers make money by offering the buyer financing and allowing them to pay the land off over a set period of time, with interest.

The kind of person that would take their time to fill out a survey want to select “the politically correct answer” even if it isn’t the real answer. 

Funny thing about builders, they don’t want to invest that much time into you until you are ready to go the the permit phase. the same bank that gave me the land loan is also prepared to give me the construction loan.  

I currently am a part-time real estate investor that will be leaving my sales job at the end of the year to start investing full time in real estate.

That means I'm in the unit a handful of times each year, and it helps me stay on top of maintenance WAY better than I could with an LTR.

My question is - how do I prove in the time log that I performed a particular activity?
