My guess is that at some point you will pass a threshold where you will need a CRM, it's Inevitable.

Hello I am a Contractor/Flipper this is a bit off topic but need help to protect myself we are doing work for a guy that is currently dying he has less than 2 Months to live we may not be finished for final check by then is there any thing I can do ahead of time to make sure I don't loss my final payment if he does pass?

Yes, a new law was just passed the no longer allows you to disqualify people who have their rent paid for through section 8 vouchers. 

If this passes it is a potential opportunity for huge growth. 


The reason being is that the top of any market cannot be clearly defined until it has passed and prices start to fall.

We passed all the credit and backround checks, the agent even came to our houses to make sure we were who we say we are.

Don't think that this town is dying, because it has a well traveled highway that passes through it.  

I've had 3 different plumbers look at it and all are saying this should have never passed inspection in the first place.To try to brief, the house had a brand new HVAC system with the tankless wall units - this was actually one of the major reason I wanted the house as I currently look for my turnkey properties.
