We enjoy living here much more than I ever expected - I'd even say I love it here - but at the same time there always seems to be a bit of underlying concern over the growth, when the next recession is going to hit, and sustainability in general.

Seems like that might be a bit challenging seeing as the house was built on concrete slab (so, my extremely limited understanding is that it might be a much more costly endeavor to build out an additional kitchen/bathroom because of plumbing issues, for example?)

So for the rehab, the plan is to replace all of the major components of the home: New HVAC unit (with additional duct work), new roof, new pool equipment, and an expansion of the driveway.Smaller items will be to redo all of the bathrooms, frame up walls to split the home in 2, and a new kitchen in the studio.Final Thoughts: I hope everyone enjoyed this original post.

Unless you really enjoy the face to face aspect, one does not need to be local to their CPA - many of us work remotely with investors from all over the country from mom and pop investors to large syndications.Likely many of your questions should be answered at the drop of a hat by the accountants here on BP as we all live and breathe real estate taxation, or it is something they can get you an exact answer rapidly if it truly is on the messier side.Best of luck in your search!
