Then when managing even if you introduce yourself as owners they don't have your address.

I have no REI training so I do not know how to address my partner's frustration.

Most will consider it a high priority and they should address it promptly. 

I would stop addressing the tenant issue & fire the manager but put in writing requesting the tenants contact information & state you will forward the contact information to the new PM.

In addition, they want and need answers to their questions in a timely manner, not some e-mail address to send to that will get back to them in 24 to 48 hours!

I completely agree with @Ali Boone and the others: Success as an overseas investor is all about building an effective ground team (entity structuring, deal sourcing, acquisitions support, property management, banking & finance).
