They also are wanting multiple lines and not rental dwellings only.

A Dwelling Fire Policy covers the building but not your tenants' stuff or liability.

If you are only converting it to a duplex it stays under the uniform dwelling code which covers 1 and 2 family homes in Wisconsin.
