A $45K house that rents for $850 will generate some cash flow.That said, you have to dig a little deeper.

However, it seems to me that we have a problem deeper than the fact that too many Americans rely on the government.

His is the only voice that I hear say so in such an emphatic way, but it's convincing enough to get me to dig deeper!

I was hoping to get the deeper soil, but alas I did not. 

Upon digging deeper, the owner is a successful doctor in CA, and deed is held under his office address.

If a well is not performing, it may require lowering the pump in the well (simple), or digging the well deeper which will mean boring a hole somewhere else on the property to a greater depth or simply a fresh bore hole.

It is more geared towards institutional investors and Commercial brokers, but takes a deeper look at the major economic factors that impact Real Estate.

Aside from a deeper phone number database than what's available publicly, the only thing we can access that landlords cannot is a relationship chart that shows us potential relationships between people.
