Hello everyone, As a novice wholesaler, I’m weary about how exactly I communicate my endeavors with an agent.

Obviously I will change how they pay and communicate to inform them of how to pay me when I take over as owner.

I would think that when responding to potential renters it would be vital to be a good communicator. 

Communicating via text is probably not an issue.

What we want is someone who is honest about accurately disclosing the fees and the loan process, is competent, that can work with us and communicate through the whole process.

Before developing my automated system, I would make individual phone calls, send out individual emails, and wait until I had an actual deal before engaging in communication with investors.

The only real downside I can see is that it's now 4 rather than three members and one of those members is iffy anyway (or communication hasn't been great between you to date). 

Now they haven't paid July rent, won't apply for the state's rental assistance, and have stopped communicating. 

I would communicate to the tenant that you are getting an appraisal done, and provide them enough notice to prepare.

I have been communicating with several different agents in the area but primarily my targets that I have been sitting down and picking brains with recently have been either property managers or agents who are specifically involved in REI.
