In Quebec you can't evict tenants easily, the only way to do so that I know is if you retake the unit to live in it or for your parents/siblings.

I have a full time job as a dental assistant making around 35k a year after tax with 0 tuition debt, 0 credit card debt with 740 score (been building credit almost 2 years ) , no car payments, pay a rent ($400) to my parents every month, I save 75% of my checks and have about 25k ready to work.
